Kenly Belman, MPAM, PA-C, was born and raised in Fredericksburg, VA, and is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She graduated from the University of Lynchburg, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Medicine. Prior to PA school, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
Kenly developed a passion for dermatology long before PA school, working for several years as a medical assistant in a Fredericksburg practice. This experience further strengthened her desire to educate patients about skin cancer and prevention.
Kenly continues to refine her dermatologic skills by pursuing the Diplomate Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. Additionally, she has experience in trauma, acute care surgery, and critical care, which has enhanced her confidence in surgical techniques. Kenly values forming trusting, long-lasting relationships with her patients. She enjoys providing individualized care and strives to help her patients feel confident in their skin.
