His career started in the military and during that time he earned 2 undergraduate degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree from University of Nebraska. Later, he completed a Master of Public Health degree at Touro University and Master of Physician Assistant Studies at University of Nebraska Medical Center while still in the military. For the past 8 years he has been working in dermatology providing evaluation and care management for dermatologic conditions.
