My first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology in Hoffman Estates was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean the office was and how kind, friendly, and welcoming everyone made me feel. I can't thank the entire staff enough for getting me in and taking such great care of me. Even though it's a 2½-hour drive for me, it was absolutely worth every mile. They were the only dermatology office that accepted my insurance, and after experiencing their compassion and professionalism, I honestly won't mind making the drive for all of my future appointments.
