I am so happy to have found the offices of Pinnacle Dermatology. For years I was a patient of Dr. English at Messenger but she moved away and I didn't feel comfortable with any of the other doctors there. However, I feel I have found a new "home" at Pinnacle with NP Jamie Fast (who has office hours in my hometown) and the surgeons and staff at the Okemos facility. They discovered my melanoma and removed it successfully. The care they took to inform me of the results and explain it all to me, including during the excisions, was above and beyond anything I expected.

From Nadine to Ariana to Jamie, each is welcoming, professional and yet personable. Apppreciatr each in doing her job responsibilities and answering every question I had.
